EasyDCA Invest (English version) / EasyPAC Invest (Italian version) is a Notion template that automates the calculations for your Dollar Cost Averaging strategy when investing across multiple assets.
The problem it solves is very specific: every month you need to figure out exactly how many shares to buy of each ETF, considering your budget, the percentages you've decided on, the uninvested cash from last month, and how much each asset has grown in the meantime. Doing these calculations manually with Excel is frustrating and time-consuming. EasyDCA does all of this automatically.
It's not a simple portfolio tracker that tells you "how much you have". It's a system that tells you "how much to buy, of what, and why".
You configure two things:
Your investment budget
Decide how much you invest and how often. It can be monthly, quarterly, or whatever you prefer. You set it in the dedicated database.
Target allocation for each asset
Example: VWCE 70%, AGGH 20%, EMIM 10%. Each asset has its desired percentage. You can change it anytime by simply modifying the numbers.
This setup takes a few minutes if you already have the data ready. If it's your first time setting up a DCA strategy, you might spend half an hour figuring out what you want to do, but the template itself configures quickly.
The 15th of the month arrives (or whatever day you chose). Open the template, enter the current prices of your assets from your broker, and the template immediately tells you:
"Buy 2.3 shares of VWCE, 1.7 shares of AGGH, 0.8 shares of EMIM"
This calculation automatically considers:
